Zellij Pendant

The Zillej Necklace is a chic interpretation of the classic eight point rosette. This structural pendant is composed of four simple shapes stacked to form the rosette motif, creating a depth of linework. Bold, intricate, and dramatic, this modern heritage conjures up the ornate geometric tilework of Morocco, for which this piece is named. The Zillej Necklace is hand formed in my studio in New Haven, CT. It measures 2 ¼” by 2 ¼” , and hangs on a 28” chain. It is available in either sterling silver or gold plated.
