Most of our pieces are custom made, so the products you choose will be made just for you. Please allow up to two or three weeks for your jewelry to leave our studio and ship out to you. Delivery time could be faster if certain products are in stock at the time we receive your order. As soon as your order will be shipped, we will notify you by e-mail making you aware that the package is on its way. We hope that you are delighted with your jewelry purchases. However, if you need to return or exchange, you can do so within 14 days of receiving your order. MOPHT reserves the right to refuse any replacement if an incorrect size has been ordered and deny unreasonable returns and exchanges. Also, due to hygiene and safety reasons, earrings are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless faulty. You may return the unworn pieces in original condition for exchange or return within 14 days of receiving your order, otherwise we can not fulfill your request. All returns require the original sales receipt.
