The material is sintered nylon powder which is really light. Cufflinks are made-to-order, please give us 2-3 weeks for the design, modeling and production process. Made-to-order items go to production after payment is received. In-stock items will ship within 3 business days of the order date.

In case you receive a defective item, you are entitled to a replacement. Made-to-order pieces are not entitled to reimbursement. The defective item can be returned at our expenses. You can contact Customer Service within 10 days from the delivery date. Every return must be approved by our Customer Service, otherwise, NOBAHAR DESIGN MILANO won’t accept the parcel. The return authorization e-mail must be inside your parcel. NOBAHAR DESIGN will not accept returned items worn, without labels, packaging or with obvious signs of previous use. After verification, NOBAHAR DESIGN MILANO will resend you the non-defective item which may take not later than 30 days after receipt of the above-mentioned products.
