We are more than happy to help you, nevertheless, the first original item must be sent in perfect condition and in its original box. If you receive your item and it happens to be damaged or defective let me know as soon as possible. If it is proved that it is a defect of production, we held responsible for its reparation and for all shipping costs. After analysis and confirmation of the validity of the warranty and that the defect of your piece is due to a production fault, the piece will be repaired or replaced at no additional cost. The client should send the piece, via registered mail, to the address provided. However, please beware that these are handmade items that should be worn and kept with care.
